At My Invitation Video we create a wide variety of digital invites including wedding invitation videos, animated e-cards (JPEG/PDF), save-the-date videos, engagement invites, baby shower and birthday digital invites, corporate event invitation videos, and custom theme-based invitation animations.

How quickly will I receive my digital invitation video?

 Once your order is confirmed and payment processed, we aim to deliver JPEG or PDF e-cards within 24 working hours, and video/GIF/caricature-style invites within 48 working hours, subject to event volume and digital delivery conditions.

Do you ship physical invitation cards or DVDs?

 No. My Invitation Video is a fully digital service. All products are delivered via email or a secure download link; we do not ship any physical items, courier packages, or printed invitations.

Can I get my invitation video delivered worldwide?

 Yes. We deliver our digital invitation videos and e-cards globally. Because delivery is electronic, it is accessible anywhere. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on internet connectivity or email service delays.

What if I want urgent delivery of my invitation video?

 We offer an urgent delivery option for video invites when you require faster turnaround. This comes with an additional priority fee (e.g., ₹1000), and must be selected at the time of order so we can prioritise your production.

How will I receive the final invitation files?

 The primary delivery method is via email containing a secure download link (Google Drive or equivalent). As a convenience option, we may also provide a WhatsApp-friendly version for easy sharing.

Are there any shipping or courier charges?

 No. Since all our products are digital, there are no shipping fees, packaging costs or courier charges. What you pay is solely for the production and digital delivery of your invitation video or e-card.

Can I request changes or revisions after delivery?

 Each digital order includes one complimentary round of text or image changes within the selected template. Additional revisions beyond that may incur extra charges, depending on the scope of changes. Once the final HD version is approved and delivered, further changes may not be possible without additional design time and fee.

What if I provided wrong event details (names, date, venue)?

 We encourage you to carefully review all details at checkout because once the editing process has started, incorrect information provided by the client is not eligible for free redelivery or refund. We may offer paid correction options in such cases.

Are refunds available if I don’t like my digital invite?

 Since the invitations are customised digital productions, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. If there is a production error caused by My Invitation Video, we will correct it at no extra cost.

What formats and dimensions will my invitation video or e-card be delivered in?

Full payment is required upfront before production begins. We accept secure payments via trusted gateways (such as Razorpay or the WooCommerce integration). Production starts only after payment is confirmed.

What working hours do you follow?

 Our standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 6:30 PM IST. Orders placed outside these times will be processed on the next working day. Urgent orders may be accommodated based on availability.

How long do you keep my data and order files?

 We retain your account and order information only as long as necessary to provide services, for legal or accounting reasons, or until you request deletion. Digital files are delivered to you and you are advised to download and back them up.

 You may provide one music track (or we can suggest royalty-free options) before production begins. Use of copyrighted music without permission may cause issues with social sharing, so we recommend providing legally cleared audio.
