1. Nature of Service

My Invitation Video operates under Muddyearth and provides customized digital invitation products such as JPEG/PDF e-cards, video invites, GIFs, and caricature-based designs.
All products are delivered electronically, and no physical items are shipped.

2. Order Confirmation and Digital Delivery

Once the payment is received successfully, customers will receive an order confirmation email, followed by the digital delivery within the applicable time frame.

  • a) JPEG or PDF eCards are delivered within 24 working hours.
  • b) Video, GIF, or Caricature Invites are delivered within 48 working hours.

Deliveries are made worldwide and depend on internet connectivity and email server performance. Slight delays may occur due to technical issues or high-volume periods.

All final files are shared primarily via email (with a secure download link). A secondary WhatsApp version may be provided for ease of sharing.

Since all services are digital, no shipping fees, courier costs, or packaging charges apply.

3. Working Hours and Urgent Orders

Our official working hours are Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST.
Orders placed outside these hours are processed on the next working day.

Urgent or same-day delivery requests are accepted subject to availability with an additional ₹1000 priority charge. The urgency must be clearly mentioned while placing the order.

4. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full in advance before the design process begins.
No partial payments, cash-on-delivery, or refunds are permitted once production has started or the final file has been delivered.

All prices displayed are exclusive of GST, and an 18% GST will be applied at checkout.

5. Customization and Design Rules
  • a) Text and image updates are limited to the provided template only.
  • b) Font and color modifications can be made at an additional cost of ₹499 per request.
  • c) Clients must provide final images once during order placement. Repeated image changes or photo retouching are available at ₹499 per image.
  • d) Music selection is limited to one track provided by the client before production begins.
6. Revisions and Final Approval
  • a) Each order includes two complimentary revisions after the first draft.
  • b) Additional modifications will be charged ₹199 for eCards and ₹499 for Video Invites.
  • c) Once the final HD version is approved and delivered, no further changes can be made.

Customers are encouraged to review all details (text, dates, and visuals) carefully before giving final approval.

7. File Format and Ownership
  • a) Final files are delivered in JPEG, MP4, or PDF format with default dimensions of 1080×1920 or 1080×2280 pixels.
  • b) Source files (open/editable project files) remain the intellectual property of Muddyearth and will not be shared.
  • c) My Invitation Video provides digital-only products and does not offer printing services or editable templates.
8. Branding and Portfolio Rights

Each invite includes a small My Invitation Video logo on the last slide for brand credit.
The logo can be removed upon request for an additional ₹299 fee.

Unless specifically requested in writing, My Invitation Video and Muddyearth reserve the right to showcase completed designs in online portfolios, marketing materials, and social media for promotional purposes.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
  • a) All digital products sold by My Invitation Video are custom-made and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
  • b) Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted after order confirmation or delivery of the digital files.
  • c) If an error or technical issue occurs due to My Invitation Video’s mistake, the necessary corrections will be made promptly at no extra cost.
  • d) If incorrect text, images, or details are provided by the client, such cases will not qualify for free corrections or refunds, but may be rectified for an additional fee if possible.
  • e) Refunds are not applicable in cases of client delays, incomplete order details, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen technical disruptions beyond our control.

All refund or correction requests must be submitted in writing to contact.myinvitationvideo@gmail.com, mentioning the order number within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Global Delivery & Technical Limitations

My Invitation Video delivers to clients worldwide through electronic means.
Delivery time may vary slightly based on internet speed, email server delay, or client timezone.

Muddyearth is not responsible for any loss arising from file incompatibility, storage issues, or misuse of digital files after delivery.

11. Legal and Liability Disclaimer

All intellectual property rights of templates, animations, and visuals remain the sole property of Muddyearth.
Clients receive only usage rights for personal or event-based digital sharing.

My Invitation Video shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, delay, or inability to use digital files.
